Tomell Johnson understands what it takes to provide great customer service as well as anyone around.
For 25 years he worked at Publix, including the last eight as the store manager here in Navarre.
Now, he’s a realtor on the rise for Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate ready to be there for you and all your real estate needs.
And while his role has changed, his goal to provide the best for his clients hasn’t at all.
“I’m a people person, and that’s a huge benefit,” Tomell said. “I believe in the importance of total customer service.”
Tomell first got involved in real estate about six years ago when he started managing a rental property. He has also bought and sold three homes in his life and points out that he’s a huge Home and Garden Television fan.
“I feel like my experience made me a good fit for the business,” Tomell said. “Its been going great so far. I’m enjoying it.”
Tomell understands he’s in a business that involves taking on a huge investment for someone. And he wants to make sure that responsibility is handled well.
“They are trusting me with their investment. It’s a huge deal. That’s why great customer service is so important to me. I want them to have the best experience possible in this process.”
Tomell takes pride in being part of the Coldwell Banker team and is committed to being part of the real estate process from start to finish.
“I want my clients to know that I’m committed to being as available as possible to them at any point during the process,” Tomell said. “They can call me, text me, email me. Whatever works best for them.”
A resident of Navarre, he’s connected to the community, spending Friday nights watching his son, Kobe, play football for the Raiders.
By day, though, he’s ready to help you buy or sell your home.
“It’s something I take seriously because it’s not just a home. You have memories in the home you are trying to sell and if you are buying a new home, you are looking for that right place to create new memories,” Tomell said. “It’s a big deal.”
Tomell said when it comes to helping his clients buy or sell a home, he doesn’t hesitate to use the technology available.
“I embrace it,” Tomell said. “I feel I’m a good mix of traditional and new school, and I want to be able to take care of any challenges along the way that you might face.”
Ultimately, Tomell is going to make sure your home-buying or home-selling experience is the one you expect.
